Going on a tiger hunt...

Yesterday morning I thought I was going to a family photo session...little did I know...I was going on a tiger hunt. That's what it ended up being, and boy, so much more fun than just taking a few pictures. I got to meet up with Malcolm and his mommy and daddy for a safari. We looked high and low for tigers and lions and monkeys, and though we didn't see any, we sure had fun...

The Johnson Family

I keep saying it, but it's true every time...I meet the nicest people through my job. I love it. The Johnson family was no exception. Such nice people and they have the cutest twin girls. So sweet. And what troopers this morning braving the cold for family photos!

Pack of Dingos

Ok. Explanation needed, I know. So when I first started at my last job, one of the only people I knew was Laurie. She and I had been to Little Rock, AK on a trip for a charity we were involved with so we were old pals. One of the first days on the job, we had a large departmental meeting...long story short, there was a word search about canines and somehow we began calling each other "Dingo" for the next three years (and still do). In fact, she's in my phone as "Dingo" We are odd, I know. But to me, "dingo" is a term of endearment now. I got the honor of photographing Dingo (Laurie) and her pack of dingos a few weeks ago. Most funny and friendly family I've ever hung out with. I will hang out with this pack any day. Love you guys....

And JG makes three...

How beautiful is Laura? Being a pregnant lady myself, I have to admit, I am jealous that she makes pregnancy look so good. I had the honor of attending her baby shower after our session and it is so clear how well loved she is, and how well loved her little peanut, JessiGrace, will be too. Can't wait to meet her...

My Millers

It has been WAY too long since I have posted (and taken) pictures of these amazing people. Ryan, Rebecca and Logan are our cousins, neighbors, friends, our son's godparents, counselors, listening ears....you name it, they give us so much...we love them. We went with them recently to Greenbluff where we bought too much fruit and stuffed our faces with too many pumpkin donuts (is there such a thing?)
