James 1:17
Largely thanks to Pastor Dan and his beautiful family, I attend church Sunday mornings for my regular dose of peace. You see (insert personal story here), there was a time in my life that peace eluded me and major stress was a very daily thing. It wasn't until I started attending our church with my (at that time) fiance, and was able to hear the stories and messages that Pastor Dan shared every week, along with the kindness and caring that his wife, Charlotte, gave everyone at each visit, that peace started becoming a regular thing, and stress...well, not so much. So when PD asked me to take a few family photos (actually, I had been basically begging him if I could for weeks), I was elated. For you see, I owe him and Charlotte so much more than this...

Horse Sense
Horses and children, I often think, have a lot of the good sense there is in the world. ~Josephine Demott Robinson

Love Thy Neighbor...
Boy do we ever! We have THE best neighbors. The Martin family have taken such good care of us since we have moved in, always surprising us with baked treats and the best and kindest smiles on the block. If you looked up "perfect neighbor" in the dictionary, their four faces and Shiloh, their dog, would be smiling back at you. But so much more, this family are just really good people. Good friends. Amazing parents. They really do "love thy neighbors." I really couldn't dream of a better family to lend a cup of sugar to or wave to on my way to work...
